James moved from Bidwells after 35 years in April 2021 to join Landbridge as an equity Partner.

Having worked in the rural property industry in East Anglia, James specialises in professional rural consultancy where he applies a forward thinking and energetic approach to an enhancing client property.  James also advises on the restructuring of farming and estate businesses, helping family reorganisation and generational succession.  He acts as a Trustee and Director to a number of established farming estates and businesses in East Anglia and further afield.

James lives in Norfolk with his wife and two children and enjoys country living, which includes in his spare time sailing, gardening and, when time really allows, reading.
