Rural Land and Property Management Placement Student – Current Vacancy

Due to the continued expansion and the success of our business, Landbridge are currently offering  a placement position  commencing September 2025.

Our objective for the successful Placement Student is to integrate the theory learnt at university with “on-the-job” experience, training and opportunities, supported by a Partner of the business, to gain in-depth working knowledge.  This will produce a well-rounded individual capable of carrying out the necessary practical work to progress towards successful completion of their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), become MRICS Qualified and to complete CAAV qualification.

Through real-work involvement, Landbridge will provide the opportunity to apply knowledge, understanding and skills acquired in maximising exposure to Rural Surveying.  With a diverse portfolio you will work alongside one of the Partners to acquire new skills in a variety of work situations, which could include:

• Rural and Commercial Property Purchases, Sales and Leases
• Farmland Investment
• Wealth Retention and Succession Planning
• Estate Management
• Planning & Development
• Landlord and Tenant matters
• Valuations
• Compulsory Purchase, Compensation & Utility Schemes
• Renewable Energy Projects
• Business Planning and Consultancy

You will be required to also undertake the preparation of tenancy agreements, day to day estate matters, property and estate inspections, research, analyse and process data, assist with valuations, attend site meetings, create and update reports.

Skills and Experience

• High standards of communication, both in writing and verbally;
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle;
• Strong organisation skills, ability to prioritise own time and workload;
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and strong keyboard skills;
